We had an amazing New Year’s celebration at this hotel! The facilities were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and gym facilities. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping.
They struggled to communicate with us, which made it challenging to navigate the city. We would have appreciated more assistance and guidance navigating the local area.

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the fact that the hotel was located near some great restaurants and cafes, which made it easy for us to explore the area. the room service was prompt and they always ensured that the bathrooms were cleaned each day. the hotel ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the decor was tasteful, which added to the overall experience.
We had an unpleasant time at the hotel since the staff could not communicate in English. Every time we had a question, we had to rely on Google Translate which was frustrating.

Staff members are professional, courteous, and always willing to help. the breakfast is varied and delicious, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, bread, and pastries. the hotel facilities are also impressive, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and free WiFi.
The staff's limited English language skills can be frustrating for some guests who don't speak Portuguese fluently.
